NATURCLAD W

Wood is the base of our manufacturing process. It is a natural product, and each veneer must be considered as unique.
The presence of slight differences in colour and structure is normal. Peculiarities such as knots or resin inclusions are not considered to be defects, but as part of the decoration.

We use it in two different ways:
> We use a wood board between 0.6 and 1.2mm on the product’s surface.
> This is the visible part of the product.
> The wood surface makes the product unique.
> The red oak wood veneer is used as a component in the product to transfer the unique texture of the boards and is
removed and recycled once the product has been pressed.
> Even if the product does not contain wood, using the veneer in the process makes each board unique and unrepeatable.

INSTALLATION

The ventilated façade is an efficient bioclimatic architecture solution that provides thermal (and sound) insulation.
The flexibility of the wood fibres allows the panels to adapt to certain radii of curvature, whet- her concave or convex.
The material can be installed with different installation systems:
– Concealed fastening with adhesive
– Concealed fastening with caps
– Exposed fastening with screws
– Concealed fastening hanging system
The material can be installed with a concealed fastening board system (NATURSIDING-W). The boards can be installed on false ceilings by means of exposed or concealed fastening systems (NATURSOFFIT-W).
The material can be installed with continuity: façade and indoors.

IT HAS A NATURAL WOOD SURFACE LAYER 0.6MM THICK.
IT OFFERS THE AEST- HETIC NATURALNESS THAT WOODIMITA- TION SOLUTIONS CANNOT PROVIDE.

THE SURFACE COMPOSI- TION OF THE BOARDS PROTECTS THE WOOD FROM THE MOST EXTRE- ME WEATHER CONDI- TIONS, ELIMINATING ANY NEED FOR SUBSEQU- ENT TREATMENT.

NATURSIDING-W

The NATURSIDING-W covering provides for installing pre-machined panels on façades with no need for maintenance. They consist of a high-density bakelite body, a wood veneer treated with synthetic resins on the surface, and a triple-layer exterior film that provides greater dura- bility to the panels and protects them from solar radiation, atmospheric agents, and dirtiness, and has anti-graffiti properties.

NATURSIDING-W are panels designed for ventilated façades. They are available with fourteen different finishes obtained from veneer of ayous, birch, or okume. We obtain this wood from sustainably managed forests. NATURSIDING-W is an assembly system that is valid for the entire range of products with a Bakelite core. There are different slat thicknesses that can be inter-combined.
